Are my session notes private?

Yes. Every note and record is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM and not stored on any ClientOS server. There is no login server, and only you hold the key.

How does it show me which clients are drifting?

The Clients to Re-engage section lists clients last seen 8 to 20 weeks ago, alongside any follow-ups due. The Client Retention chart tracks the share of last month's clients who came back.

Is the Learn content safe and crisis-aware?

Yes. Lessons run through a five-layer on-device safety check that includes crisis-aware handling. They cover running a practice, and ClientOS is not a clinical tool.

Can I record a session note by voice?

Yes. Speak your note after a session and it is transcribed on your device, up to two minutes, then saved against the right client. Nothing is uploaded.

Does it work offline?

Yes, fully. ClientOS makes no network calls, runs no analytics and uses no third-party SDKs, so everything works with the connection off.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. Import from CSV, Excel or your Contacts, and your caseload arrives ready for sessions to be logged against it. You can export to CSV or PDF at any time.

Is there a Mac version?

ClientOS runs on iPhone and iPad today. A Mac version is coming soon. Tick the Mac box when you join the beta and we will tell you when it is ready.
